Great product. But…..

The product quality is great. Good finish and styling given to the table. Looks also good in the room. But.
But the service these guys provide is down the drain. It took my product 3 months to be delivered. Not because it took time for manufacturing but because the product was lost after the delivery partners picked it up. After constant calling and hearing robotic answers, some gentleman was kind enough to resokve this problem by sending a fresh new piece which was apparently ready to ship on their end, which usually takes 45 days as mentioned on the website.
Thats not it. After delivering, the product came with 3 handles instead of 6 and a screw less to attach the handles. I had to separately call for same handles on amazon which costed extra ofcourse.
This review is just to inform that this is the case usually when calling from lakkadhara. And a few other people have also faced this.
