Bought round carved coffee table. The quality and finishing is awesome. The customer support is Superb!!. I was looking for this printerest coffee table for long time in good budget and quality. Finally I got it .Thanks for beautiful piece of art in form of furniture

My initial experience was quite bad because my product was delayed by about 2 weeks and then arrived in a broken condition. I sent that back and asked for a refund, but Vijay Singh from the Customer Success team worked really hard to convince me to accept a replacement and then personally monitored the packaging and delivery of the product. While the overall quality of the product is subpar, it is fair for the low prices that they offer. They're currently partnered with Gati, a horrible delivery partner for this purpose and I hope that they're able to find better logistics solutions in the future.

The only reason I'm reviewing this with 5 stars is because the quality of support from Vijay was really appreciable. He was committed to solving my problem and did everything in his capacity. I could sense that he was literally fighting his way out in an organisation that has no sense of structure or customer centricity. I hope that Vijay drives this company to much needed improvement and gets rewarded along the way. Thank you, Vijay.

Product is good, keen details, finish and polish is top notch. After sale service is too good.
